Privacy Policy

Brian Weerasinghe, trading as Square Socials in Colombo, Sri Lanka, controls the personal information described in this policy.

When you apply, we collect the eight answers shown in the application: your name, email, Instagram handle, follower range, niche, main audience problem, current monetization method, and partnership goal.

We also store the source of the application, consent state and time, submission time, booking status, qualification status, internal notes, and an invitation identifier when you arrived through a private invite.

We do not ask for a password, phone number, analytics access, payment information, or a file upload in the application.

We use application data to assess the partnership request, communicate with you, support a Partnership Call, and manage the potential business relationship.

Application answers are stored in Sanity and a notification is sent through Resend. If you book a call, Cal.com processes the booking information. These providers process data under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Newsletter consent is optional and separate from the consent required to process an application. If you opt in, Beehiiv sends a confirmation request. You are not subscribed until you complete that confirmation.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe method. Unsubscribing from the newsletter does not remove or change a creator application.

We use Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights to understand site usage, performance, and whether the application funnel works. We do not use Google Analytics.

Conversion events may record a page source, application step number, or explainer progress point.

We do not send names, email addresses, Instagram handles, application answers, or other direct personal information to analytics.

Applications are reviewed for continued necessity every 12 months. We retain a record only while a documented partnership, follow-up, legal, dispute-handling, or legitimate business-record purpose continues. Records without a continuing purpose are deleted.

Access to private applications and invitations is limited to authorized Square Socials operators. Write credentials stay on the server and private invitation pages are excluded from search indexing and the sitemap.

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal requirements. You may also withdraw newsletter consent at any time.
